Great location need improvements

Great location everything was close by

Air conditioning in one of the rooms was not adequate need to be replaced on the 3rd floor. Have to walk up 3 floors if you have luggage. Sofa in the common room was old need a new one. Sink tap was not good for hot water or flow.

Great value for money and incredible location at Piazza Navona.

I received all of the important information per text, which made communication very easy. The location is great, right at Piazza Navona, and although the bedroom has an old Roman feeling, the bathroom was modern and renovated.

Although the location was excellent, because it is right in the middle of the nightlife spots, it is a little noisy. The wifi was sometimes unstable.

Fantastic location boutique hotel

Fantastic location. Around corner from piazza Navona. Countless restaurants, mini mart grocery & shopping all around. Walk to Vatican, pantheon, trevi fountain, etc. easy access to building & unit with keys. Great communication from host.

The buildings in this area of rome have no elevators. You have to carry luggage up stairs but they are wide and easy to use (far better than another hotel we used).

Great base to explore Rome on foot.

The location of Magenta Luxury Fico is perfect for exploring Rome. I have walked everywhere from the Vatican to the Colluseum and the Villa Borghese in under 30 minutes. Good restaurants and bars in the area and as a solo travelling female I felt very safe at night.

The room looked not like the pictures. Spartan bed and moist looking walls. You could also hear the sounds of a night club or bar through the walls. If you expect something luxurious (like the name implys), this is not the place for you to stay. If you are like me, just looking for a place to crash after an eventful day of exploring, then yes, this is it.

The concierge guy was very nice and helpful. The accomodation location is good.

Great location - close to many attractions & restaurants. Very friendly and helpful point of contact (polite & informative) - super quick with responses! Our check in/out was very efficient. The room was clean, had all necessities; also getting in to the building was very easy.

Perfect location, comfortable bed, clean and new linens and towels.

Mold in the bathroom, not all sockets worked, dust behind the table, which we had to move to find a proper socket for a laptop.

The location of the apartman is very good, it is in the city centre. The room was clean, the host was really kind and helpful. This apartman was okay for two nights.

There was no blanket. It was very uncomfortable because at night the weather was really cold. And the apartman was really noisy.

Very central location. I could travel to all the interesting places in Rome on foot and didnt have to deal with taxi drivers. Plenty of restaurants nearby. I liked taking walks along Tiber in the evening for coffee and croquet.

There were no blankets. I had to use the bathroom towels as blankets.
